Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Lead Time

  • Ready Stock: 3-7 working days
  • Pre Order: 10-14 working days

In case of mixed orders of Pre Order & Ready Stock items, we will follow the lead time for Pre Order items and will ship them out when all items are ready.

After receiving the tracking number from our automatically generated email, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to appear in the courier service website. 

We will not refund in the case of canceled orders, customer requests and duplicate orders. In case of an approved transaction, money (after deducting service charge/ payment gateway fee) will be automatically going to the user's credit on our website which can be used in the next purchase.

Once the item ship out from our company and the tracking number appears in the tracking website, it is the customer's responsibility to follow the tracking number and receive the parcel as requested by the courier service.


Refunds and Return Policy

Our policy of refund and return is 7 days upon product delivery. Please be informed that we are not able to accept exchanges and return after 7 days for any reason.

Kindly note that refunds and returns are not allowed in the circumstances outlined as below:

- Change of mind

- Claims the item looks different from the photo

- Pierced earrings for reason of hygiene

- Sets that contain earrings 

- Sale items 

- Chain breakage and tarnished products due to improper care. 

- Personalized engraving products

- Natural imperfection on natural products (pearls, quartz, etc.)


In the event of wrong or faulty product(s) being received, we are more than happy to offer a full refund and compensate the shipping fee in voucher. Kindly inform us via email to support@annajewellery.co within 7 days of receipt.

We accept refunds & returns in the event of you choosing the wrong sizing or wrong selection. All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition. Pierced earrings/ Huggies are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty. The shipping cost of the return parcel will be borne by your end.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Anna Jewellery Handicraft has the right to deny the return.

Kindly note that the shipping fee is not refundable, the shipping fee will be deducted from the bill amount paid to be refunded. 

You shall receive the refund in the account that was initially used to make payment for the order within 7 to 14 business days from the delivery date of the return parcel. As soon as we confirm the refund is good to proceed, a confirmation email will be sent as a notification of the refund in progress.
